The National Child Support Network is a private child support collection agency. We are licensed, bonded and insured.  This is not a sideline.  All we do is collect child support for people just like you.  You have probably seen our number, 1-800-PAY-KIDS.

Our collection staff is trained, supervised and motivated to collect as much money as quickly as possible for you. That is how they get paid. There is a certain skill and psychology to handling this type of debt. Our "Accelerated collection system" is designed to make this a priority debt in the absent parents mind.

As a private agency and there is a fee for our service. We have a one time application fee of $49.95  Under certain circumstances and with prior consent, that fee may be waived until we actually begin collecting! We will immediately begin a background investigation on the non-custodial parent. Within a period of only a few days we will have all kinds of financial information on the subject. What we look for are all sources of income, jobs, how much of a car do they drive, how much of a house do they live in, what is their credit limit to other creditors, how much do they owe and what are their monthly payments. In other words we try to find out where their money is. Once we know that we know where to go to get it. 

When the investigation process is completed we begin collection. The agency retains 25% of what it collects as its fee. In other words if we don't collect money for you we don't get paid. That's the best guarantee you'll ever be offered. Our livelihood depends on our ability to collect for you. We get results NOT because we're better people, nicer looking or go to church more often, but because it's strictly business FOR US. We challenge one another to produce more, accomplish more FOR YOU.

This is how we differ from other collection agencies:

Almost all other collection agencies require a contract that is binding while there is ANY arrears balance, which means they will take a percentage of your money FOR AS LONG AS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CHILD SUPPORT. With the National Child Support Network, YOU MAY ELECT TO DISCONTINUE YOUR CONTRACT AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT PERIOD AND OWE NOTHING MORE EVEN IF YOUR EX CONTINUES TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT TO YOU ON A REGULAR BASIS. 

It is our goal to make child support the priority debt in the absent parents mind: once this is accomplished, you will no longer need our services. We are sensitive to the fact that you and your children need as much money as possible, and once the absent parent is habitually meeting their responsibilities, our goal, and yours has been accomplished. It's just the right thing to do.

Typically by the time a case reaches our agency the absent parent is already thousands of dollars behind and is usually self employed or working for cash only. Our techniques work especially well in that scenario. All of our clients will agree that 75% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
